A walking tornado

Paint your face and hands silver/grey. Wear a grey sweat suit or leotard. Then use silver tulle and wind from head to toe. ( I would think that depending on size of child you can use a hula hoop or wire to make a round top) Stick small trees, houses, cars and animals throughout the tulle.
