Hey Y'all !!! Just wanted to let you know that I am not doing a menu plan this week due to several factors! My hubs is out of town a couple of days, the kids have VBS every night and it is so hot out!!! We are simply doing alot of simple sandwiches and leftovers. (Hey, you do what you have to do, right?!? )
I will be posting later today a recipe that my hubby and I sort of made up and it turned out so well its worth sharing! Its light for summer and the kids actually liked it so I hope you will too !!
