Kroger bargain recipe of the week- Oven fried chicken

Bargain Meal of the Week

Who doesn't like fried chicken??? I loooove it...... I just am scared to make it. I think of hot oil spattering and keeping my kids out of the kitchen. My left eye twitches just thinking about it ! Kroger has chicken thighs on sale this week and I found a recipe for OVEN fried chicken. My mouth is watering just thinking about it...... Happy eating!

Check out Stretching a Buck deals here to see more deals at Kroger. I will not expense spices/oils since most of us have them on hand.

Place flour in a shallow plate or bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the bread crumbs in another shallow plate or bowl and beat the eggs in another bowl.
