Giant Eagle Bargain recipe of the day - BBQ Pot Roast

Bargain Meal of the Week

Pot Roast is on sale this week at Giant Eagle. I love roast but it always makes me think of fall! I found this recipe and though ewwww! Everyone that has tried it says that it is AWESOME!! It has more of a summertime feel because its BBQ. I have been told to shred the leftover meat in the remaining sauce and have pulled BBQ beef sandwiches later. That two meals for the price of 1, which works for me!!

I will not expense spices/oils since most of us have them on hand.
