Happy Monday! I am so excited about this weeks menu plan. I am using two of my bargain recipes of the week which means each meal for my family of 4 ( well 3 1/2 :) ) is under $5!! I am also using 2 of my meals to make other meals later in the week which means I am really getting my moneys worth. In this economy who can beat that !!! Happy Eating!
Monday: Baked slow cooker chicken, Butter noodles, broccoli, rolls
Tuesday: Balsamic roasted pork loin, mashed potatoes, green beans
Wednesday: Homemade chicken noodle soup (Use leftover slow cooker chicken), salad, cheesy rolls
Thursday: Leftover night... If its in the fridge you can have it but mamas not cookin!
Friday: Pizza night! woohoo!
Saturday: Grilled chicken breast on rice, asparagus, mixed veggies, rolls
Sunday: Chicken tacos (Use leftover chicken breast ), re fried beans

i was going to have leftover night tonight, but the hubs just called and is incredibly hungry. and we don't have all that many leftovers.
