Giant Eagle Bargain Recipe of the week- Almost stuffed peppers

Bargain Meal of the Week

Boy, does my hubby love stuffed peppers! I love them too but what I don't love is how long it takes to make them! I am so excited to try this recipe because it sounds like the "real thing" without the work. Feel free to add your own spices or veggies to this. I plan to put mine over noodles! Happy Eating Y'all!

I will not expense spices/oils since most of us have them on hand.
