This is such a good cookie its hard not to pass on!
The best and easiest peanut butter cookie ever!
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
Opt. As many chocolate chips you need to get through your day :)
Combine ingredients and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 12 minutes. Let stand on sheet for 2 minutes and then remove to wire rack to cool. Enjoy!

These are wonderful! We have been making them for a couple of years now and I cannot believe how great they turn out.
I have found that when you make the criss cross pattern with the fork that you need to mash down and make the cookie pretty flat in order to get the best results when baking them. If not, they sometimes don't have quite the right texture.
